Finding the Claim Page

The Claim page is used to enter or modify the claim details.

Search is the easiest way to view the claim on the Claim page.

1. On the top of the page, enter the claim number, patient ID, or patient's last name in the Search bar.

2. What you see next depends on what you entered in the Search bar:

   • Claim number: Entering the claim number takes you directly to the Claim page.

   • Patient's last name or ID: If there are multiple claims for the patient, a Search Results page displays. Find the claim number in the list and then click the number to go to the Claim page.
